I've been working behind the chair since 2007. love my clients & the relationships we've built, all while making each of you feel beautiful & comfortable in your look! Hair is a never ending art. I'm lucky I get to sculpt, paint & transform hair everyday as my career. My specialties include Men & Women's Precision Cuts as well as all things color! Hi everyone! I’m Ellie Ouradnik! I have been in the industry since January of 2026.I currently reside in Pequot Lakes, MN where I was born and raised. Hair has always been a passion of mine, and now getting to live it has been so fun! I love to make my clients feel comfortable and confident when in my chair. Hey! Allie here! I was born and raised in the BLA and spent some time in the Twin Cities child psychology at the U before discovering my true passion in cosmetology. Fast forward 10 years, and I’m still loving every minute of this industry. I specialize in custom color, extensions, and curly hair- and I’m all about helping you feel confident and beautiful. As a wife and mom of (almost!) three, I know how easy it is to put yourself last. That’s why one of my favorite parts of being a stylist is giving my clients the chance to relax, recharge, and feel like their best selves.

Hey! I'm Ashley- a hairstylist and certified extension specialist based in Pequot Lakes, MN. I've been in the industry since 2016, and it has always been a strong passion of mine!
I work by appointment only, which means every service is one-on-one, unrushed, and customized just for you. I'm big on using quality products, realistic expectations, and making sure your hair stays just as healthy as it is beautiful.
While I am certified in both Harper Ellis and Babe Hair extensions, I primarily work with Bellami and Harper Ellis hair to ensure high- quality, long- lasting results. I offer a variety of methods including, concealed bead wefts, traditional sew-in wefts, I-tips, and keratin bonds. I am also Brazilian Blowout certified for clients wanting smoother, healthier hair.
When I'm not behind the chair, you'll find me enjoying time with my husband and our three amazing kids, usually an iced coffee in my hand and most likely shopping around at my favorite stores like Target, Hobby Lobby or Christmas Point.

With over 23 years of experience specializing in men's hair, I've had the privilege of building a career doing what I love. I started my journey at Minnesota's first men's salon, where I discovered my passion for men's grooming and creating meaningful relationships with my clients.
One of the most rewarding parts of my career is the incredible clientele I've built over the years. Many of my clients have become true friends, and I genuinely look forward to catching up with them at each appointment. Whether we're talking about family, work, sports, or life in general, the conversations and connections are what make my job so fulfilling. I also love welcoming new clients and getting to know everyone who sits in my chair.
Building trust is at the heart of what I do. My goal is for every client to leave feeling confident not only with their haircut, but knowing they can count on me for a consistent experience every time they visit. I'm proud to work alongside such talented stylists who continue to inspire me and make coming to work something I truly enjoy.
When I'm not behind the chair, you'll usually find me spending time with my family and friends, cooking, traveling, or trying new restaurants. I feel incredibly fortunate to have built a career that combines my passion for men's hair with the opportunity to build lasting relationships, and I look forward to welcoming you into my chair!
